Just Listed in Reston

Here are the new listing in Reston. Inventory continues to be low and sales are strong.

Last week we had Huricane Sandy, this week we had the election- whatever the reason, inventory is low in Reston. The new listings are just about equal to the sold listings, holding inventory at right around 100 properties on the market in the three Reston Zip Codes. Here are a few of the properties listed this week.
