As a Realtor Eve has focused most of her practice on Reston. She'll go out of the area for buyers, but when it comes to listing properties she really likes to keep it close to home. Her reasons are simple; Reston is where she adds the most value to her selling clients. She knows the neighborhoods, the shopping, the Reston Association and Reston Community Center assets and the local scene.

She started the Lake Anne Open Air Market that runs with the Saturday Farmer's Market on Lake Anne and serves on the Reston Historic Trust Board of Directors. Eve and her husband Rick were 2009 "Best of Reston" award winners for "Naturing a Community" for their work at Lake Anne Plaza.

Eve has lived in the Reston area for 25+ years. She's active in the Lake Anne community where she lives with her husband Rick and two French Bulldogs, Boo & Scout.
