Coming Soon: Community Canteen's Second Reston Location
Canteen's made-to-order salads and homemade soups and baked goods coming soon to an office building near you.
Community Canteen, the popular breakfast, lunch and coffee spot at Reston Town Center, will open a second location in Reston next week.
The new Community Canteen will be three times the size of the Reston Town Center location and will also feature outdoor seating, says Lee Patton, divisional supervisor for Lettuce Entertain You, Community Canteen's parent company.
Patton says the restaurant hopes to open on Thursday. It will be open 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday to start.
"In anticipation of the Metro station opening soon, we have a goal of eventually being open seven days a week and maybe even offering dinner," Patton said.
