About Woody
Woody has been working as a healthy lifestyle professional since 1983. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in human biology from the University of Maryland, a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine from Palmer College of Chiropractic, attained his certification as a personal trainer through the National Strength Professionals Association and is Level 1 certified in the Meeks Method of Postural Correction.
Woody specializes in “Over Age 50 Fitness,” when the needs and challenges of getting older start to become more apparent. He uses his education and nearly 30 years experience gained in clinical and non-clinical practice to better help each and every client tackle their most complex health and fitness challenges. Because of his experience, Woody is able to offer life-changing health and fitness insight even when many consider themselves beyond help. His individualized approach helps students regain health and fitness by reducing stress; eating healthier foods; and improving posture, strength, balance, stamina and conditioning.
Woody's extensive experience in health care allows him to talk directly to your doctor or physical therapist. Working as a team, he creates a supportive lifestyle program that compliments your medical care improving chronic illnesses such as osteoporosis and osteopenia, fibromyalgia, excessive weight, diabetes, arthritis and heart disease.
