Sue Richey, Neighbor

I love the real estate business and have had a successful sales career since 1998.  In 2006, my husband and I decided to expand our business and we opened our property management firm, Richey Property Management.  Our initial goal was to help our clients that could not sell their homes in a tough economy so we would rent them and take care of them until things improved.  Over the past 6 years, this business has grown and we moved our office to Reston.  While we manage residential rental properties throughout Northern Virginia, our goal is to focus on Reston communities and help Reston homeowners and investors manage their properties.   

We've lived locally for over 20 years and are very active in the community through service organizations, various volunteer groups and through our children's schools and activities.
