Ryan Lonnett, Neighbor

Ryan Lonnett founded a non-profit organization intended to educate our community children on making Healthier Choices.  He's often invited to speak with groups of students in FCPS classrooms, as well as at PTA / PTO events.  He's also a core member for a group focused on making improvents in the school lunch programs.

A Certified Health Counselor with culinary, physical fitness and nutrition training, Ryan is the founder of Empowered Wellness, a National Health Coaching practice headquartered in Reston that works with individuals and families on finding and sustaining their healthiest desired lifestyles.

Ryan is a Commissioner for the Little League in Reston, where he resides with his wife and 3 children.
