Laura is a public relations writer, yoga teacher, group fitness instructor, and public health educator who believes in living your most vibrant life. She embraces chaos and calm, and all that inspires:  yoga, fitness, health, wellness, nutrition and community.

Laura has always loved the dynamic.  In high school she started each day at 6 a.m. with The :20 minute Workout, a MTV-styled aerobics program. This early morning wake-up call soon became her professional aspiration: to help others enjoy moving their bodies, and to stretch themselves—physically and mentally—to live better lives.  

At Cornell University, Laura studied Communication and taught fitness classes in residence halls. Upon graduation, she worked in University Public Relations Offices by day and taught group fitness at night.

Boston University's School of Public Health appointed Laura as Director of Public Relations where she really hit her professional stride promoting research on how individuals and communities could live healthier lives.

Laura relocated to DC in 2007 where she works as a public relations strategist specializing in public health education, and teaches yoga and Zumba.
