V.O.I.C.E. Celebrates Milestone Sunday
Group successfully raised funds to improve dental care for low income residents.
V.O.I.C.E, an area non profit aimed at expanding dental care for low-income residents, will celebrate its successful fundraising campaign at St. John Neumann Catholic Church on Sunday. Area community leaders will gather at 2:30 p.m. for a ribbon cutting at the church. The group recently gathered pledges of nearly $200,000 and will be able to hire a full time dentist to serve clients in Western Fairfax County. The dentist begins work July 1. Sunday’s celebration will include donors, government officials, clergy, partner organizations and the community leaders whose tireless efforts have galvanized the community around this effort.
