Lady of America is a fitness center for women located at the Hunters Woods Shopping Center.
The gym is not large, but it has the basics for working out, like cardio equipment, free weights and weight machines. There is also a full schedule of exercise classes, including Zumba, circuit training, aerobics, spinning and kickboxing.
Supervised child care is available.

Great and friendly place,moved to Reston few months ago and joined this place.Been a member of many gyms in the past few years but this one is the best.Price wise very Affordable.Some of the members here i met are here for last 14 years which is hard to believe lol.
