A Time to Count Your Blessings

For the rest of this and into 2013, try "adopting an attitude of gratitude" and see how good it makes you feel.

The end of the year is a great time to stop for a moment and count your blessings.

Sometimes the things that are going well for us are overshadowed by those that are not. Constantly focusing on what is not going well in your life can lead to unnecessary sadness and depression.

Each and every day is an opportunity to spend a few moments making yourself aware of all the good things that are going on in your life. Focusing on your accomplishments has a profound affect on how you will feel mentally and physically.
