Reston Chorale Presents Throwback Concert

Local group to present songs from when Reston was a new, young community.

Feelin’ groovy?

Tickets are on sale now for The Reston Chorale’s “Feelin’ Groovy: Reston’s Early Years.”

The concert, part of Reston’s 50th anniversary celebration, is at 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Saturday, May 10 at Reston Community Center – Hunters Woods (2310 Colts Neck Road).

Tickets can be purchased from www.restonchorale.org or at the RCC Box Office by calling 703-476-4500 ext. 3.

The concert will feature songs from when Reston was new, including hits from Simon & Garfunkle, Otis Redding and Joni Mitchell.

Tickets are $25 for adults (ages 18 – 61) and $20 for seniors (62 and older); youth ages 17 and younger will be admitted free with a paying adult.
