Girls Basketball: Seahawks top South County; Two take first at Chantilly wrestling tournament.
In the final game of the West Springfield Tip Off Tournament on Friday, South Lakes toppled South County, 64-26.
For the second time in as many nights, the Seahawks utilized a stingy defensive effort to create prime offensive opportunities. Caitlin Jensen, Emily Lopynski, Natalie Toma, and Mary Severin each has a game-high eight points. Schultz and Severin also added four rebounds a piece.
Lopynski tacked on three rebounds, two assists, and one steal.

Wrestling - Several Seahawks placed in the eight-team Chantilly Charger Wresting Tournament on Saturday. As a team, South Lakes finished third.
