Fairfax scored to close the gap to 9-5 with the Seahawks up. But the Seahawks kept the pressure on with goals from Hughes, Greatorex and Hawes.

Senior midfield Sadie Belt and sophomore midfielders Katie Thomas and Ebony Mitchell-Goodfellow had strong games for the Seahawks, hustling up and down the field making numerous steals and controlling the ground ball game for the Seahawks. Lipscomb ended up with well over a dozen saves to keep the Seahawks firmly in control of the second half.

The Seahawks are now 3-1 and will face Herndon Tuesday.
