Pack 1169 is chartered by Armstrong Elementary School PTA 11900 Lake Newport Road, Reston, VA 20194. The Pack consists of a culturally diverse mix of about 80 boys (1st - 5th grades) from Armstrong Elemenary, Forest Edge Elementary, Lake Anne Elementary and several other local public and private schools.
