Each small group class helps strengthen your back and hip muscles improving your posture and reducing the risk of falls. The techniques taught in Posture Perfect! can significantly reduce your risk of spine and hip fractures.
Posture Perfect! is safe and effective class for anyone with bone health problems such as osteopenia, osteoporosis, Dowager's Hump, back, neck, hip and knee pain.

Posture Perfect! meets for one hour a week for 8 weeks. Class sizes are limited to six people to maximize individual attention. This class is appropriate for all ages and health and fitness levels.
