Attention all softball players ages 12 and older. Herndon Reston Youth Softball l in conjunction with the Herndon Community Center is offering a pre-season sports conditioning clinic Herndon Community Center
The training sessions will be Monday evenings at (5:30-6:30 PM) and Thursday evenings at (6:30-7:30 PM) evenings. The cost for these clinics is $10.00 per session if you register online atHRYSfastpitch.com/register or pay $11.00 at the door Meet in the lobby 5 minutes prior to class and we will guide you to the gym space.

Players will gain confidence as they learn the principles of basic strength, general conditioning and dynamic flexibility. Be sure to register quickly as the class will fill up quickly.
