The South Lakes High School basketball team defeated Marshall 41-31 at home Friday night.
Marshall ran a very deliberate offense in the first half and led at halftime, 20-16.
The Seahawks regrouped halftime to take the lead 31-22 after three quarters.

Mitch Dempster paced the Seahawks with 12 points while Jordan Francis added 10 points in the winning effort.
The Seahawks (13-6, 8-4 in the Liberty District) host Madison High School on Tuesday at 7:30 pm. It will be Senior Night for the eight seniors on the basketball team.
