Boys Basketball: Seahawks Fall to W. Potomac

Wolverines top South Lakes in overtime.

South Lakes' JD Wallace and DJ Christian each had 12 points, but the Seahawks fell short in a 58-55 overtime loss to West Potomac (5-2) at the George Long Holiday Hoops Tournament at Wakefield High School on Tuesday.

The game was tied at 50 at the end of regulation.

"We struggled at times to score, but we managed several stops at the end to force OT," said coach Andrew Duggan. "We came up a little short today as West Potomac was able to make a couple more plays than us down the stretch."
