HHS' Jenna Van Camp Signs LOI with Towson

Herndon High School senior Jenna Van Camp signed a letter of intent to swim for Towson University in the fall. The Olympic hopeful swims year round with the Herndon Aquatic Club under coach Bruce Andersen, in addition to swimming for Herndon High under coach Kathy McLaughlin. 

Jenna's supporters, including her brother Jack, mom Julie and dad Paul were all on hand for her signing. Her family said they couldn't be prouder. Julie Van Camp said Jenna has wanted to go to the Olympics since she was in second grade. Now she'll be going to the 2012 Olympic Team Trials in Omaha, Nebraska in July.
