Herndon High School senior Carina Peter signed a national letter of intent to participate in track and field at Virginia Commonwealth University on Feb. 6.
Peter holds eight school records and holds the Concorde Indoor Track and Field District Meet records for the long jump and 55-meter dash. She has won multiple district and regional titles and has participated at meets at the state level every season.
