Caregiving: Burden or Blessing?

The community is invited to a panel discussion on the costs of caregiving sponsored by the Giving Circle of HOPE.

Sixty-two million people in the United States provide unpaid caregiving to family and friends that is valued at $450 billion annually.  But what are the the physical, emotional and financial costs to individual caregivers?

Four experts will discuss this:  Sharon Lynn, director of the Fairfax County Agency on Aging; James L. Brooks, associate state director of AARP; Judy Seiff, a personal caregiver; and moderator Pat Williams, founder and president of Graceful Care, a non-medical home care agency.
