Community Update

This was my first time using this cleaners and I will NEVER go back. I picked up the dry cleaning and when I got home realized 2 pairs of brand new $100 pants were missing. I went back and I've never dealt with such horrible customer service. The woman called me a liar, refused to look for my pants, wouldn't even refund me for the amount I paid to get the missing pants dry cleaned, and when I got so frustrated I almost cried she literally said "you ugly, you leave"...I just filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back and will be reporting them to the BBB and police.
