Reward for Information on Frying Pan Slasher

Group offering $7,500 for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons who recently attacked animals at Frying Pan Farm Park.

The Friends of are offering a $7,500 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person who has attacked animals at Frying Pan Farm Park. 

The reward was announced at a press conference today at Frying Pan Farm Park, located on West Ox Road, just south of Herndon. The money was donated by the Friends group as well as other area residents who are concerned about the attacks.

The Fairfax County Park Authority says though the incident is "deeply disturbing and very saddening, the community has remained positive while coming together to support the injured animals."

Fairfax County Park Authority's leadership and board said they are grateful for the outpouring of support and the Frying Pan staff reports that the animals are healing quickly and doing well.
