RCA Asks Bulova for Second Silver Line Look

"We could all use that critique as either a due diligence basis for going ahead with Phase 2," or as the basis for a second study, group tells County Supervisor.

The Reston Citizens Association has written to Fairfax County Board of Supervisors Chair Sharon Bulova to ask for her to reconsider the timetable and re-examine analysis for Phase 2 of Metro's Silver Line.

RCA Board Member Terry Maynard has asked Bulova for a critique of the next Wlibur Smith Associates Dulles Toll Road traffic and revenue forecast "that should satisfy residents concerns about the impact of future tolls and your concerns about moving forward in a speedy manner on Phase 2 of the Silver Line."
