RA Will Carry Over $300K in Projects in 2013

Finishing touches still needed on 2012 capital projects and improvements.

Reston Association will carry over $308,822 in capital projects from 2012 to 2103, said RA Parks & Recreation Director Larry Butler.

The carryover represents 19 percent of the 2012 capital budget. Total carry forward funding, minus the retainer for the Dogwood Pool, represents 13 percent of the Capital Budget, he said.

Speaking at RA's regular meeting Thursday, the last meeting of 2012, Butler outlined the progress of some of 2012's improvement projects and what still needed to be done.
