Chipotle Clears Another Step
Chipotle's South Lakes application approved by Fairfax County Board of Supervisors.
Update, May 3: The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors approved Chipotle's application on May 1, clearing the way for the restaurant to proceed.
Update, April 18: The Fairfax County Planning Commission recommended for approval Chipotle's application. The issue next goes to the Board of Supervisors.

The restaurant, which has Reston locations on Sunset Hills Drive and at Reston Town Center, is planning to take over the space at 11160 South Lakes Dr. The spot was formerly occupied by Dinner Zen, the make-your-own meals place that closed last spring. It will be Chipotle's third Reston store.
