This special event promises to be memorable for volunteers and attendees alike. The Children’s Deck will be as wild as a ship in a storm, with pirate-themed moon bounces, puppet shows, stories and craft activities to delight young swabs.

Pirates will share stories about life on the high seas and lead pirate boat tours on the lake. The schooner Lion will be moored and open for exploration, and the air will be filled with the sounds of sailors singing sea chanteys, tavern tunes and pirate ditties. Kids in pirate costumes will use their maps to find the spot marked with an "X" on an exciting treasure hunt.
