Incidents reported by Fairfax County Police for the week ending Nov. 18. An arrest is not a conviction.

SIMPLE ASSAULT/ GANG PARTICIPATION/ ARREST: Officers were called to the 12200 block of Laurel Glade Court around 2:50 p.m. on Saturday, Nov.12 for a weapons complaint.

An investigation determined that a 36-year-old man was robbed of his wallet by a group of several males. Another group of three males witnessed the robbery and ran after the suspects to retrieve the victim’s wallet.

There was an altercation between the two groups pertaining to different street gangs. The 18-year-old male who ran after the suspects was then assaulted.

Juwan K. Burton, 18, of 12244 Laurel Glade Court #201 and Dwann S. Roberts, 18, of 15400 Mendoza Lane #401 in Woodbridge were arrested and charged with simple assault and gang participation.

 
BURGLARY: A home in the 10900 block of Shallow Creek Drive was burglarized between 4:45 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 12. An unknown suspect forced entry through a rear door and took property from inside the home. No suspect description is available.

License plates were stolen from a vehicle in the 1600 block of Beacontree Lane

Gold coins were stolen from a business in the 1700 block of Fountain Drive

An iPhone was stolen from a business in the 1800 block of Fountain Drive

A purse was stolen from a business in the 11900 block of Freedom Drive

A BB gun and prescription medication were stolen from vehicle in the 1500 block of Moorings Drive

A purse was stolen from a business at North Point Village Center
