Incidents reported by Fairfax County Police Reston District Station for week ending March 9. An arrest does not mean a conviction.

WEAPONS, 11900 block of Market Street, 3/3/12, 10:50 p.m.

Said Mansoor Sadat, 39, of Sterling went to assist his brother who was involved in a verbal argument. Sadat allegedly pulled a handgun from his waistband and pointed it at the victims. He was charged with brandishing, no permit to carry a concealed weapon and drunk in public.

BURGLARY, 9400 block of Vernon Drive, 3/3/12, 1 p.m.

Officers responded for a suspicious person call. An investigation led to two vehicles and three individuals who allegedly broke into a home and stole various items to include jewelry and electronics. Hyun Kim, 26, of Maryland was charged with burglary, possession of burglarious tools and possession of marijuana. Je Hyung Yoo, 29, of Maryland was charged with burglary. Tae Kang, 29 of Fairfax was charged with burglary, possession of burglarious tools, and grand larceny.
