DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY, 1700 block of Jonathan Way, 7/13/12, 8:10 a.m. A property manager reported someone allegedly broke into a vacant apartment. Jonathan C. Davies was arrested and charged with destruction of property, unlawful entry, and possession of marijuana.
ASSAULT, 11900 block of Fountain Drive, 7/16/12, 2 a.m. The victim reported she was at a bank drive-thru ATM when a suspect approached and pepper sprayed her. The cash was not recovered, and she was treated for the spray.
PEEPING, 1600 block of Parkcrest Circle, 7/17/12, 12:10 a.m. The victim reported a man was looking through her dining room window. The suspect fled and she was not injured.

BURGLARY, 12600 Pinecrest Road, 7/17/12, 2:20 p.m. A resident reported someone entered the home and stole various medications. Forced entry was made through a window.

Cigarettes were stolen from a business in the 2200 block of Hunters Woods Plaza.
A wallet was stolen from a business in the 1400 block of Lake Fairfax Drive.
Cigarettes weres stolen from a business in the 1400 block of North Point Village.
An engagement rings was stolen from a residence in the 2300 block of Tumbletree Way.
A 2000 Honda Accord was stolen from Cross School Road.
A Kawasaki motorcycle was stolen from Centre Park Circle.
A 2001 Hyundai Sonata was stolen from Reston Town Center.
