Reston Homicide Suspect in Court Tuesday
Abir Ali is accused of beating Dunkin' Donuts co-owner Bharat Patel to death in June.
is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in Fairfax County General District Court on Tuesday.
The hearing has had four postponements so far.
Ali, 20 at the time of Patel's death, was an employee of Patel's at Dunkin' Donuts at Hunters Woods Plaza when it opened on June 6. Three days later, after a report of a fight near Patel's apartment on Winterthur Lane, Patel was found dead with upper body trauma.

Ali, whose address is listed as Silver Spring, MD, was arrested in Prince George's County on June 14.
