Police Investigating Friday Reston Shooting
Victim flown to hospital with serious injuries.
Fairfax County Police are investigating a shooting that occurred Friday morning in the 2200 block of Marginella Drive.
Officers responded to a report of a person with a gunshot wound about 10:15 a.m., police spokeswoman Lucy Caldwell said.
The victim was flown to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. Caldwell said police are still investigating to see if the shooting was accidental or suspicious. The public is not in danger and they are not yet releasing the victim's name.
