Police File Charges in Reston Shooting
Murder, drug counts for three men, all of whom may have fled the country.
Three men have been charged in relation to the shooting death of Colvin Morris, who was gunned down in the 1500 block of Cameron Crescent Court in December.
Fairfax County Police have charged Jose Santos Ponce Zuniga, 31, with murder. Amilcar Noel Urbina Zelaya, 29, and Saul Pacheco Mejia, 45, were both charged with conspiracy to distribute cocaine.
All three are believed to have fled the country, police said.

Morris, 34, who formerly lived in Reston but listed Alexandria as his current address, was shot about 4:45 p.m. on the afternoon of Dec. 12. Police
It was the ninth homicide in Fairfax County in 2011 and the only one in Reston last year.
