Police Blotter: Helicopter Search in North Reston, Wine Stolen and More
Police information from the Reston District Station through Dec. 16.
Residents of North Reston may have heard helicopter sounds for about an hour the night of Sunday, Dec. 15.
According to Lucy Caldwell of the Fairfax County Police Department Public Information Office, the helicopter was called to assist with a stolen vehicle report.
During the search, the suspects fled to the Baron Cameron area, and were later apprhended.
Caldwell could not confirm if any arrests were made Sunday evening as a result of the pursuit.
