Hearing for Winterthur Suspect Moved
Preliminary hearing for Abir Ali, accused of killing Dunkin' Donuts Bahrat Patel, continued to Oct. 31.
The preliminary hearing for Abir Ali, charged with second-degree murder in the death of Dunkin Donuts co-owner Bharat Patel, has been continued to Oct. 31.
Ali, 20, appeared in a Fairfax County General District Courtroom on Wednesday.
Prosecutors asked for the continuance because they are waiting for additional autopsy results. This was the third postponement in the case.
