Vote for Jennifer Boysko- 86th District

Ms. Jennifer Boysko is a Democrat with a long record of experience and integrity that will served us well in the Virginia House of Delegates for the 86th district.

Early in her career she worked as U.S. Senator Shelby’s legislative assistant, working on the Superfund, NAFTA, telecommunications deregulation and alternative fuels.

Most recently, she has worked tirelessly in our district as Supervisors Foust’s aide and liaison to our community. She was deeply involved in constituent services and spending several years at the table with elected officials, community representatives, business leaders and inter-jurisdictional staff, identifying and planning the best land use and transportation solutions in and around our Herndon/Sterling area. She has worked on tasks large and small, working with the local PTSAs to identify educational solutions, working with County staff to help coordinate the planning of Herndon’s new fire station, and coordinating all the players involved in bringing synthetic turf to the Herndon High School athletic fields.

Ms. Boysko is endorsed by many well-respected local leaders, including County Chairwoman Sharon Bulova, Senator Janet Howell, Supervisor Cathy Hudgins, Supervisor John Foust, Delegate Ken Plum, former Senator Charlie Waddell, the majority of the Fairfax County School Board. She is endorsed by many organizations including the Fairfax County Federation of Teachers, Planned Parenthood, NARAL, Emily’s List, LGBT Democrats of Virginia, LiUNA Mid-Atlantic, the Sierra Club, National Organization for Women, and many more.

We can no longer tolerate the anti-Health Care, anti-environment, anti-woman and anti-gay policies of the current House of Delegates that embarrass our state and put the most vulnerable among us at risk. Nor can we afford to continue to have a veto-proof House of Delegates, ruled by extremists who prevent Virginia from moving forward.

Jennifer Boysko is an experienced, passionate, hard-working candidate who will work cooperatively with Terry McAuliffe and the General Assembly to make Virginia a top education and business-friendly state, while also standing up for the civil rights of all Virginians.
