Reston Pools and Bad Kid Behavior

The adults who take children to the Reston pools need to act like ADULTS and not encourage bad behavior!  Splashing strangers, screaming bloody murder, staring, getting in someone's personal space, and did I already mention SPLASHING strangers….argh!  The lifeguards and staff all seem to be kids themselves and don't enforce any rules.  The Dogwood Pool today had like 20 kids with super soakers and balls hitting strangers with them.  So aggravating!  ADULTS teach the kids to have some pool manners!
