Police Behavior

the shooting of another unarmed victim by FCPD officers raises the serious question of the quality of training and oversight our officers receive.  Certainly the resort to lethal force must be a last resort, but the recent incidents suggest that this is not the real practice day to day.  I think it is time for the Board of Supervisors to start an independent review of FCPD training and practice with the intent of restoring sanity to these hard cases.
