Outstanding School Crossing Guard Award
Phyllis Krapf of Reston has been selected as one of only six outstanding crossing guards in the Commonwealth by VDOT's Safe Routes to School Program. The award notes that she always ensures the kids' safety comes first, even stopping police cars for pedestrians!
