Hiring Felons that have paid their debt to society

Butler rehabilitated herself by getting a teaching certificate. She did a good job for years. She should not have been fired. She didn't lie about her past. This Va law needs to be modified so it does not punish citizens who made a mistake, served their time and now wants to make a living. The grounds for changing this law is that you cannot deny a person a means to a livelihood.  turning their life around. I hope the court orders the FCPS to reinstate Butler.
