What's Happening to the Reston Parkway?
My memory may be slipping or perhaps the Reston Patch covered it long ago and I missed it. But..It's 2 AM and I live about 75 feet from the Reston Parkway. I am treated to the Beep -beep-beep  from the equipment resurfacing the north section of Reston Parkway? What's the status of the work? Why was it done? and When will it be completed? Patch: are you asleep?
