Simon Reflects on First Plans for Reston

Reston founder talks to The Washington Post about the early days.

Reston founder Robert E. Simon turns 98 on Tuesday, so the Washington Post checked in with him about is vision for the "New Town."

The Post points out that Simon was an advocate for smart growth back in the 1960s, which put him way ahead of his time.
