RCC-Lake Anne Finally Gets Its Re-Opening Sunday
Event moved twice since early September.
After two postponements, is finally ready to show off its improved and expanded Lake Anne facility on Sunday.
There will be a ribbon cutting and grand reopening at 2:30 p.m.
The event has been postponed twice: once due to flooding after Tropical Storm Lee in September, and again in early October, when it conflicted with the Jewish holiday Yom Kippur.
