I am a fan of creative use of cake mixes. Sometimes I read The Cake Mix Doctor cookbooks just for fun. It is so easy to use a $1 mix as the basis of some really great stuff.
So these chocolate crinkle cookies on the blog My Baking Addiction look spectacular. You just need Devil's Food Cake Mix, oil, eggs, vanilla and a little confectioner's sugar.
