Twelve Days of Christmas Cookies: Day 10

Cookie dough truffles.

Blogger Megan at What Megan's Making is also doing her own 12 Days of Christmas Cookies.

Her Day 9 last week caught my eye - cookie dough truffles.

These no-bake treats are made by taking cookie dough and chilling it, then dipping in melted chocolate.

Check out the recipe here. If you are making these, save me a few.

Aren't the 12 Days of Christmas the days after Christmas? i.e. December 26th is the "first" day of Christmas through January 6th (Feast of the Epiphany) as the Twelfth Day.

This is more a play on words rather than a literal interpretation of the 12 days of Christmas. My feeling is people might be in the mood to make Christmas cookies pretty much anytime in December.
