Rotary Club of Reston

The Rotary Club of Reston provides support to needs in the Reston area, our nation and international communities. The membership consists of community leaders in Reston and the surrounding area. The Rotary Club of Reston has a long tradition of supporting youth activities, events for the elderly and programs for the needy. Community service activities include the followiing: The Jeanie Schmidt Free Clinic, scholarships to South Lakes High School seniors, an annual Senior-Senior Prom (with the Rotary Club of Herndon) for the 50 and over crowd, Boys & Girls Clubs and the Salvation Army — just to name a few. Our International programs include support for PolioPlus, Ambassadorial Scholars, ShelterBoxes, clean water and latrines for Ben Town in Liberia and clean water for schools in Spanish Town, Jamaica
