FACETS--a nonprofit that opens doors by helping parents, their children, and individuals who suffer the effects of poverty in Fairfax--is having its monthly Point-of-Entry program. It invites prospective funders to visit its Hot Meals and Hypothermia Response Program to get a better understanding about the scope and issues facing people who are homeless in Fairfax County.
There will be opportunities to observe and speak with staff, volunteers and social workers.
