Robbie Schaefer at Wolf Trap Children's Theatre-in-the-Woods
Eddie From Ohio’s guitarist performs catchy
pop/folk music that “is both fun and silly, but at its heart, is driven
by quality and integrity” (CD Baby).
- Best known as the guitarist from folk/pop group Eddie From Ohio,
Robbie Schaefer is also a talented performer of children’s music and is
a former host of Sirius XM radio’s Kids Place Live. - Schaefer “can bridge both accessibility and age-appropriate
content with solid, well-written, thoughtfully-conceived songs.”—CD Baby
- In 2012, Schaefer released new single “LaLa Love” which features the Vienna Elementary School 5th
Grade Choir. The song was inspired by his OneVoice nonprofit, which
connects children around the world through music and uses those
connections to affect social change. - In 2011, Robbie Schaefer was commissioned by Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts to create an original one-man show, A Great Idea.
The performance focuses on STEM concepts, such as innovation and
inspiration, and is performed during Field Trip Performances at the
Center for Education at Wolf Trap.
