Yoga is an ancient practice of health and well-being that balances the body, mind, and spirit. Teens will benefit from learning the classic yoga postures that strengthen the body, increase overall flexibility, and improve balance and agility. Weekly classes will incorporate stretches, poses, abdominal work, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Yoga is non-competitive and can help teens better cope with the stress of daily life and peer pressure.
