Teen Fit is a fun, high-energy fitness class. With the rise of technology, poor eating habits and couch potato behavior, the risk of childhood obesity increases significantly. Becoming fit and healthy at a young age is the first step to a lifelong habit of fitness. Each class provides a full body workout combining cardio, strength and core, utilizing a variety of equipment including steel weights, resistance bands, bosu balls, stability balls and medicine balls. Each class features a different workout so teens won’t want to miss one.
